Present Government is taking great steps for the progress of Minorities, Professor Mushtaq Victor ( Minister for Minorities Affairs)

Sialkot(Correspondent CCNews Portal) - Present Government especially President Pervaiz Musharraf and Prime Minister Shoukat Aziz have solved many problems of minorities. Said, Professor Mushtaq Victor ( Minister for Minorities Affairs) He said in address to people in Sialkot Cantt (Lal Kurti) that present Government gave record funds and solved their problems. Prime Minister of Pakistan also gave 8 lac (8,0000 Pak Rupees) for the repair of Saint Mary Church, Lall Kurti Silakot. Prime Minister Ordered that this church be repaired as soon as possible as it is the oldest church in the history of Sialkot.

In return minorities have also paid great role in the progress of Pakistan and paid great role for the freedom of Pakistan in the past. Prime Minister of Pakistan also ordered his district coordinator Riaz Bhatti that with the co-ordination of Fr.John Joseph the processes of the church be completed.

Pakistan Supreme Court says honour killing equivalent to culpable murder

Islamabad, Mar.3 : Pakistan's Supreme Court has decreed that the law provides no room for murder in the name of honour killing and said that taking the life of anyone in the name of honour is equivalent to culpable murder.
