Hasba Bill will encourage Talibanisation, says APMA.

Shahbaz Bhatti said an “extremist mohtasib” would disrupt peace in cociety, adding that he Hasba Bill had instigated fear and unrest among the minorities of province.
He said that Hasba Bill will encourge Talibanisation. Bhatti urged the NWFP government not to sign the bill because it did not safeguard the minorities; rights. He said APMA would raise its voice at all levels in a peaceful and democratic manner against the “Unconstitutional and undemocratic “ Hasba Bill. The APMA staged the demonstration in front of the Peshawar press club. Representatives of all minority groups: chrsitian,Hindu, the Balmeek schedule caste, Sikh, Parssi, Bahai and Kalash protested against the bill. Members of the Awami National Part (ANP) and the Pakistan people’s party-parliamentarians (PPP)also participated in the demonstration.
